Toledo Bend Lake Country is home to three state parks and two state commemorative areas, with additional state commemorative areas in neighboring Natchitoches Parish.
State Parks in Toledo Bend Lake Country are North Toledo Bend State Park, the still new and increasingly popular South Toledo Bend State Park, and the newest addition to the State Parks system, Hodges Gardens.

State Commemorative Areas include Fort Jesup SCA (just west of Many) and Rebel SCA (northeast of Many at Marthaville).
Neighboring State Commemorative Areas include Los Adaes SCA (about five miles from the Sabine Parish line in neighboring Robeline) and Fort St. Jean Baptiste SCA, 30 minutes from Many in the City of Natchitoches.
The Sabine River Authority of Louisiana owns and operates several park sites in Toledo Bend Country, each along Toledo Bend Reservoir and each featuring its own unique assets. Parks such as Pleasure Point near the Toledo Bend Dam, San Miguel near Zwolle, and Cypress Bend Park on the central part of Toledo Bend, are enormously popular with locals and visitors.
The SRA also offers some neat admission-free park sites, including Converse Bay, Oak Ridge, and Cow Bayou Wilderness Area, all along the northern portion of Toledo Bend.
